| Event fee payments are normally refundable for cancellations up to 30 days prior to the event, minus a 4 percent processing fee. No refunds or credits are guaranteed if you cancel within 30 days of the event, but we are not looking to make money off of you -- all our events are designed to break even or generate just a small surplus unless they are a charity event. If we break even without your prepaid fees, they may be refunded in full or in part, or a credit given towards a future event, based on circumstances. If you have questions, contact the event coordinator.
Regalia or other product purchases are not refundable except if the product is damaged or is lost in shipment and we do not have a replacement available. |
